Vendornode provides a cloud-based asset intelligence and workflow platform designed to help industrial and asset-intensive teams manage equipment data, documents, service history, tasks, communication, events and related asset information in one structured environment.
Vendornode may include features such as asset registers, document management, task management, communication tools, permission controls, map views, audit trails, notifications, data optimisation and AI-assisted search or analysis.
You may use Vendornode only if you are authorised to do so on behalf of yourself, your employer or the organisation you represent.
If you use Vendornode on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
"Customer Data" means any data, documents, files, asset records, task information, communication, images, reports, drawings, certificates, notes or other content uploaded, entered or stored in Vendornode by you or your authorised users.
You retain ownership of your Customer Data.
By using Vendornode, you grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, store and display Customer Data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the platform.
You must not use Vendornode to:
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Vendornode helps organise and manage asset-related information, but you remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and suitability of any data uploaded, entered or relied upon.
You acknowledge that operational, maintenance, engineering, compliance or safety decisions should be reviewed by suitably qualified personnel before action is taken.
Vendornode does not replace professional engineering, maintenance, safety, compliance or operational judgement.
Vendornode may provide AI-assisted features such as search, summaries, pattern detection, recommendations, metadata extraction or document interpretation.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or require human review. You are responsible for validating AI-assisted outputs before relying on them for operational, commercial, technical, legal, safety or compliance purposes.
Vendornode does not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs will be error-free.
Vendornode may offer free trials, pilot access, paid subscriptions or enterprise plans.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase or in the relevant agreement.

Vendornode may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as cloud hosting, authentication, email, maps, analytics, payment processors or AI service providers.
We are not responsible for the performance, availability or terms of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Vendornode owns all rights, title and interest in the platform, including software, designs, workflows, user interface, branding, features, content, documentation and intellectual property.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell or create derivative works from Vendornode without our written permission.
You retain ownership of your Customer Data.
Both parties may access confidential information during the use of Vendornode. Each party agrees to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and not disclose it except where required to provide the service, comply with law, or with written permission.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data stored in Vendornode. However, no digital platform can guarantee complete security.
You are responsible for managing user access, permissions, passwords and internal controls within your organisation.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always-available access.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of Vendornode from time to time, including during maintenance, upgrades or security improvements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendornode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of production, downtime, business interruption or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Vendornode is limited to the amount paid by you to Vendornode in the 12 months before the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
Vendornode is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the platform will meet every requirement, be error-free, operate without interruption, or produce specific operational, commercial or compliance outcomes.
You may stop using Vendornode at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Upon termination, access to the platform may be restricted or removed. Data export or retention may be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subscription agreement or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The parties submit to the courts of Western Australia for any dispute relating to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website or made available through the platform.
Continued use of Vendornode after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
